Breakfast sets leptin status and circadian rhythm when glucose tolerance is highest and when light is present.Detox and repair occurs during sleep, eating shortly before sleep takes energy away from these processes.
People who believe breakfast was promoted by advertising got double psyopped.
Fast at night if that’s what you’d prefer to do.

See sunrise every morning, no artificial light until you see the sunrise. Spend time outside midday. Watch the sunset. Lights out after sunset, fire light/red/IR or amber bulbs 2-3 hrs maximum if needed. Remain consistent with protein/fat for breakfast, later in day.
Keep 2-4 hrs from last meal to sleep. May need to fix gut if you experience any other digestive/gut related issues.
There can be an adjustment period as leptin status resets.
