Elixir

 Garlic and ginger grate/chop finely/blend.

I don't strain. Add lemon/calamansi juice Add ACV I don't heat. Infuse, keep in a cool place. Add honey. Keep at least two weeksfor infusion to mature.
The ratio is 1:1:1:1 I use teacup, so 1 teacup for each ingredient. A teacup makes a lot in teh end.

1 cup makes 3 big bottles.
