KMSS Deuterium

 


Faham kenapa carbs, fruits, junk food dgn seed oils tak baik untuk kesihatan dan metabolisma? Deuterium. Buah2an dan ubi perlu dimakan dimusim panas + berjemur 🌞. Net effect = 0 🤞🏾 ❎ 🌞 = ❎carb/buah/ubi. ❎ 🌞 = mandi 🧊 #kultusmatahari Jika tidak mitokondria jem.

Makan gula, liver jem. Gut rosak. Ianya semua deuterium. *faham kenaoa GAPS diet* Pungkog D berat. ATPase turbine tak larat pusing, dan segala mala yg melibatkan H jadi lembab dan lembam.

Deuterium ada dimana2. Level di khatulistiwa lebih tinggi dari latitude atas2 sana. Deuterium ada normal level dan ada fungsinya. Jadi masalah bila tepu.

Processed food, industrial seed = high in deuterium. Deuterium = heavy H+ so susah nak bergerak pimai2 across mitochondria membrane, pungkog berat. Maka electron transport chain jem.

Go to TCM and ask for this set of herbal drink. Tak perlu tambah rock sugar because theres monk fruit. Cuaca panas/dampness mula. Get this. 😌



Pulih and jana mitochondria baru

Older/women/poor redox sampai berpenyakit = mitochondria sihat yg bekerja kuat 💯 tak banyak.  

Mitochondria jana melatonin. Takde melatonin takdela leptin/T3/ghrelin control, takdela kurus atau pulih.

That is rasanya when u develop the melatonin, u akan develop la sensitivity on the other hormones macam grehlin etc tu. Baru akan loose weight.

 I remember i do months tapi my weight tak berganjak langsung. As older u get longer la the repair. And bila i start to shed weight, i perasan i tanned and that tanned easily subside later. Dia bukan burnt yg stays like 3 ke 4 bulan. Bila dah achieve tan,baru benda lain folo.

Eczema

 Eczema adalah sejenis penyakit autoimmune, dikawal oleh T cells dan juga dipengaruhi oleh kesihatan usus.

Ada 7 jenis eczema. Kaitan dgn autoimmunity

Tindakbalas imun eczema adalah kompleks dan berat. T helper cells, mast cells dan bahan kimia dari radang.



Why sunning? 1. IR membaikpulih radang dan kerosakan kulit. 2. Low dose UV kurangkan sengatan T cell yg menyebabkan radang. 3. Cahaya biru 🌞 membaikpulih dan bunuh kuman.

UVA = NO = anti radang melalui Treg t cell yg menyelia

Kesihatan kulit adalah dari kesihatan mitokondria. Repair/ganti mitochondria = kulit pulih dari segala radang.


Microbiome org eczema jugak tak normal. Sunning sahaja boleh betulkan microbiome *ada thread* lebih baik jika anda betulkan radang leakygut pada masa yg sama.

Summary. Kebanyakkan faktor2 ini boleh di betulkan dgn cahaya matahari dan makanan.

ALAN artificial light at night juga mambawa risiko eczema. Kenapa? Sebab ianya merosakkan mitokondria anda.

Rashes while sunning

 Seed oil, sugar, not enough sunrise, not grounded, blue light, circadian disruption = poor fillagrin development.

When I had urticaria, I had this issue with sun as well. Look at me now.

I had what Dr Baumann classified as the most uncomfortable skin type. Dry, sensitive, pigmented, tight. Tang tight tu ja lucky sbb less likely to wrinkle. Campur eczema dari kecik, takleh silap makan sikit = urticaria. Skincare nak 💰 💰 je.
