Pulih and jana mitochondria baru

Older/women/poor redox sampai berpenyakit = mitochondria sihat yg bekerja kuat 💯 tak banyak.  

Mitochondria jana melatonin. Takde melatonin takdela leptin/T3/ghrelin control, takdela kurus atau pulih.

1st step ialah pulihkan apa yg ada, dan jana mitochondria baru. Sebab tu kita ada step2 leceh yg korang tak faham pastu marah. Sebab bila taram sendiri, poor/no results.  

Blue light/workout/hiit/malam/tidur lambat/siang sun sikit/miss sunrise and uva transition, takmau noon 🌞

Contohnya lah. 

Kalau older, banyak issues, mito koyak, kau takkan cepat lose weight. I took 5 years. F almost 2 years to be leptin sensitive but many things will improve while waiting. Sihat =/= kurus. Kena sihat dulu baru kurus. Jgn sabotage dgn hiit in artificial lit gym.

Discipline 💯 Benda free/fitrah bukan macam pil timbang kilo. 

Mindset change, lifestyle change, istiqomah and it will come. Bukan sorang tapi dah ramai improved. If not, dm me or a few others, bukan kat cc. We troubleshoot for you. Karang jawapan siap2. Wagmi 👊🏾

Often you tak nampak the speedbumps. Trauma *fight or flight response ⬆️ cortisol, takkan kurus la* Underestimate blue light overestimate 🌞 exposure is common. Underestimate peranan nnemf 📱 Tak cukup DHA Leakygut 🔥 

Overall shitty work/life environment.

Takyah tunggu faham, buat je.  

Fahamkan masa dah sihat so you can teach your family.

Ingat bahawa kmss pentingkan cahaya, bukan jumlah makanan. Makan sampai kenyang, tidur lena dulu. Rehat. Pulih. Makan makanan sihat. Ikut leteran harian @izwanshahmin @karmenlunarx

Yg bising2 tu sbb kena 🚫 biadap tapi rasa entitled to my time. Biarkan depa sunning ikut cara sendiri, rentung tapi takde hasil astu nak petik kmss. They have no access to me. Ikut protocol apa entahla.

It's not that complicated. 2 hours of sun a day, grounding, jaga blue light nnmef exposure. Do that for 1 month.

The weight, skin, period will follow your redox.  

Work on redox, don't sweat the end points.

That is rasanya when u develop the melatonin, u akan develop la sensitivity on the other hormones macam grehlin etc tu. Baru akan loose weight.

 I remember i do months tapi my weight tak berganjak langsung. As older u get longer la the repair. And bila i start to shed weight, i perasan i tanned and that tanned easily subside later. Dia bukan burnt yg stays like 3 ke 4 bulan. Bila dah achieve tan,baru benda lain folo.
