Vitamin K2 - found mostly in animal foods • Promotes healthy blood vessels - improves blood vessel elasticity (🧠= one of most vascular organs) clears out excess Ca+ (neuroprotective) • Vitamin K & D synergy: Improves Bone-Brain Axis Health
Depends on your K nutritional status. If you eat little to no animal foods then co-supplementing with K might be helpful and help reduce imbalances if D is used. The study I cited where supplementing w D ⬆️mortality - people recently had a renal transplant and low K status.
