Jantung, Cholesterol

 If you ada masalah jantung and you wanna start getting better, strenuous exercise should be your last choice. Agak typical I dapat soalan pasal jantung, cholesterol, etc and "I selalu exercise tapi macam tak ada perubahan".

First step: sun ☀️

Exercise tu nanti nanti. Revive your mitochondria dulu. Exercise increases ROS, stresses out your cells hence you do see active and fit people sadly still die of heart attack especially SCD.

Sleep.

Bright bright days, dark dark nights. After sundown, keep your boots, rackets, etc. Go to sleep.

This is especially important for those recovering from surgeries or are still having chronic cardiovascular issues.

Exercising is not always the answer.
