 during midday, cortisol dips

Does morning workout increase cortisol man?

yes . but we want cortisol to be naturally high in the morning. so a not so intense workout in the morning under sunrise after makan is fine

rempitly speaking from my understanding:

cortisol ni signal utk dapatkan alertness. nak alert kena ada energy. nak energy kena ada metabolism. dlm masa yg sama badan sentiasa akan cuba utk maintain homeostasis. so appetite up to tell us to eat to topup wtvr metabolized.


cortisol is very important. but chronically elevated cortisol over the long term effectnya teruk. being fat aint the worst effect glucose production naik uncontrollably, excess stored as fats surrounding organs. energy pula sampai masa akan tank. the tank part idk how

Cortisol + adrenaline masa exercise = fat burn. Rhythmic cortisol peak waktu pagi + fgf21 = fat burn . Cortisol + insulin lepas mkn = fat storage. Cortisol + insulin lepas expose to bluelight = fat storage. - Q
