Blue light filter

 Isn't the point of bluelight protection to avoid the effects of screens on circadian rhythm?

I know it's often sold falsely as "eye protection" but there is research on bluelight's effect on sleep cycle.

Agree. Intense and long exposure of blue light does affect the body’s circadian rhythm, melatonin production affecting our natural wake and sleep cycle. So if one has sleep issues they should avoid screens for an hour atleast before bedtime @@DrParulSharma1
