We who live in GMT+7 voluntarily while residing in Semenanjung are privileged. Most are not.
Ask around. How many of us wake up at 4.30am and sleep at 9pm as routine? In fact, kita rasa 9pm tu too early sebab sunset baru 2 jam lepas (7pm)
The best time to wake up is 45 mins before Subuh.
You'll have enough time to take shower, pray tahajud, cook for breakfast & solat Subuh jemaah @ 🕌
This would be even better with #GMT7forMY
That one hour will make a huge difference.
You'll get enough time for sunrise & AM sun exposure while having breakfast which will set your circadian rhythm back on track.
You'll then have a
enough time for brisk walk after breakfast.
With #GMT7forMY, we'll be having subuh @ 5am
3 hours time before working for those who starts @ 8am
4 hours time before working for those who starts @ 9am
5 hours time before working for those who starts @ 10am
It will be a huge difference.
You'll get extra one hour than usual before working.
Only few can control their time to match the sun even without GMT adjustment, but not everyone has this privilege.
They have longer morning to dedicate their time with God, family & themselves before going our chasing the world.
Give this chance to everyone.

Bangun 4.30am, subuh 5am, sunrise 6am, tidur 9pm.
Antara subuh, sunrise + waktu sekolah/pejabat adalah waktu penting utk kesihatan, never miss sunrise/am sun, riadah + sarapan in 🌞.
