Electron

So cells take up the nutrients, take electrons from them to supply to mitochondria to make ATPs, right?

Since electrons are all the same, how does different food affect this process? Jangan mare saya tanya soalan noob. Tengah nak kait mengait Dulu belajar cells take up glucose je haha

Takde. The difference is between food yg ada electron dgn food yg takde ě/penuh deuterium. Makan milo dinosaur in moderation.

Processed food, industrial seed = high in deuterium. Deuterium = heavy H+ so susah nak bergerak pimai2 across mitochondria membrane, pungkog berat. Maka electron transport chain jem.

Kalau H+ tak mudah bergerak, turbine comel tak pusing, 1. ATP kurang 2. Turbine hasilkan emf yg akan attract O2 which is paramagnetic. 3. Less O2 less CO2 made. Less efficient respiration/redox. 4. Nnemf boleh ganggu, sebab tu ⬆️ROS dlm mitochondria.
