we want cortisol to be naturally high in the morning. so a not so intense workout in the morning under sunrise after makan is fine
cortisol ni signal utk dapatkan alertness. nak alert kena ada energy. nak energy kena ada metabolism. dlm masa yg sama badan sentiasa akan cuba utk maintain homeostasis. so appetite up to tell us to eat to topup wtvr metabolized.
cortisol is very important. but chronically elevated cortisol over the long term effectnya teruk. being fat aint the worst effect glucose production naik uncontrollably, excess stored as fats surrounding organs. energy pula sampai masa akan tank. the tank part idk how
the fats burning part of cortisol is not supposed to be a focus (e.g., in the context of nak naikkan cortisol to burn more fats to lose weight), but it is interesting to study
